Itinerary Detail
Day 1: Visit Mount Moroto
Explore Mount Moroto, a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and nature. Activities include hiking and trekking, rock climbing, bird watching, photography, camping, and visiting the Moroto Market to experience local crafts and produce.
Photography: Capture stunning landscapes and the vibrant life of the Karimojong people.
Overnight stay at: Lodge/hotel near Mount Moroto (1 night)
Hiking & Trekking: Trails of varying difficulty offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
Rock Climbing: Steep cliffs provide a challenging and thrilling experience for adventure seekers.

Day 2: Moroto Markets & Cultural Immersion
After breakfast, visit Moroto Markets to see traditional crafts, fresh produce, and local goods. In the afternoon, engage in cultural immersion with the Karimojong people, visiting local villages and Manyatta homesteads. Experience traditional dances, music, and rituals while learning about the semi-nomadic lifestyle of this unique community.

Day 3: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast, drive to Kidepo Valley National Park in Karenga District (approx. 3–4 hours). Enjoy Uganda’s ultimate wilderness experience in one of Africa’s most remote and breathtaking parks. Explore the diverse landscapes, spot wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, giraffes, zebras, Uganda kobs, and more. The park also hosts over 476 bird species. Afternoon bird watching followed by check-in at the lodge.

Day 4: Game Drive & Return Journey
After early breakfast and briefing, enjoy a road game drive within Kidepo Valley National Park, observing wildlife and the stunning semi-arid landscapes. After the drive, embark on the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe for your onward travel.

Day 5: Departure to Kampala or Entebbe
After breakfast, complete your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe Airport to catch your flight.
